Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer. By clicking "Place Order" you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.
Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is due immediately via the selected payment method.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, without giving reasons. Return costs are borne by the customer unless we agree otherwise.
